Communication to the Smart Event's speakers: instructions and deadlines

► Requirements for your final presentation
- Deadline to submit final presentation: August 31st
- Transferred in PDF format to speakers@strategiestm.com
- File naming:  Organisation name (capital letters)_Speaker name_Title of the presentation
- There is no template but please add the Smart Event and your conference logos on the cover slide

► Instructions for the presenting day
We kindly ask our speakers to come with their presentation on USB stick (no dvd). If it includes a video with sound, please inform.
The conference rooms are equipped with 1 PC, 1 video projector, 1 full broadband internet connection.
