Registration in World e-ID = access to World e-ID, e-Smart and Smart Mobility |
The registration fees include the registration in the conference of your first choice and access to its web-proceedings, coffee-breaks and buffet lunches (no lunch on Sept. 24), access to the sessions of the 2 co-located conferences and to the exhibition/demos area.
Access to the web-proceedings of the co-located conferences is not included, it is proposed at €75 (before vat) per conference up to September 24, instead of €115 (before vat).

Strategies Telecoms & Multimedia is a registered and recognized as an educational and training company in France. As a result, the registration fee can be included in your training budget.
Terms & Conditions
All payments must be made prior to the event, otherwise admission will not be permitted. Payment is in Euros. Invoices will always be issued.
Cancellation must be in writing. 25% of the registration fee will be retained for administrative expenses if cancellation is received before August 25, 2010. After that date, the entire registration fee is due. Replacements are accepted at any time.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the program and the identity of the speaking persons if, despite all their efforts, they are forced to by circumstances. The organizers reserve the right to postpone the conferences, if they are forced by exceptional circumstances. Strategies Telecoms & Multimedia is an approved training organization (n° 11930503193). An invoice receipt which can serve as a training contract will be sent to you at the end of the event, along with a presence sheet (on demand).
The conference will be held at the AGORA EINSTEIN - 905 rue Albert Einstein - 06560 Valbonne Sophia Antipolis - France.
A confirmation letter together with all useful information will be sent to you before the event.
